(1924) 88 J.P. 89 (C.A.), the new form contains a

reference to show under what particular statutory provision

the order was made.

4. It will be remembered that any deportation order

made under sub-section (2) of section 3 of the principal

Ordinance must, by virtue of section 14 of the Ordinance,

be reported to the Secretary of State.

5. In my opinion this is an Ordinance to which His

Excellency the Governor may properly assent in the name of

His Majesty and on His behalf.
